German waste permit
This controls requirements for the necessary expertise and specialist knowledge as well as the reliability of the transport company. The transport permit, which must also be obtained for the transport of waste that requires special supervision for recycling, is to be granted independently from the concrete transport process and is valid unlimitedly for the scope of the Federal Republic of Germany.
ADR
The European Agreement on the international carriage of dangerous goods from the streets (ADR = Accord européen relatif au transport international des marchandises Dangereuses par Route) contains particular regulations for the traffic concerning packaging, load security and the labeling of dangerous goods.
GMP certificate
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a guideline for quality assurance in certain production processes (medicines, cosmetics, food and feed), in order to meet the requirements of the health authorities.
Italian waste transport permit
If a company carries out cross-border waste transport into Italian territory, they must register in a specific section of the national directory of environmental specialist company.
